If I could leave a 10 star rating I would. The entire process from assessment to repair to after care service was flawless with Sheen Panels Bayswater. The team at Bayswater went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and our car returned to us in a timely and good as new manner. Jo and the team provided us with various options which allowed us to ease the inconvenience of being without a car, by cutting down our wait times and providing a hire car. They also worked hard to reduce our out of pocket costs despite the fact that I returned their loan car back to them damaged. The team never once dropped their level of customer care. I left there with a impeccable repair, a 'goodie-bag' full of chocolates and renewed belief in the value of exceptional customer service. Now I hope i never have to deal with an accident again, but if i did, I'd be insisting we used Sheen Panels Bayswater and their associated businesses. Thank you Team Sheen. Grace came to our rescue Wednesday night on the Peninsula Link Freeway. She was polite, understanding and very professional about her job. A very brave young lady loving her job. If I had to rate her out of 10, it would be 10 out of 10.

Very bad customer service. They will promise everything before the work is committed and once secured won't do what they promised. The branch manager, Gino is a rude person who would swear at you for demanding answers even you are not at fault. They won't even provide a job sheet or any sort of document for the panel work or repair under any insurance claim other than a warranty card for the work (wouldn't make any sense if you don't know what was done for the car) Don't get tricked for a bag of chocolates they provide ;)

The guys at Sheen have been amazing, when issues came up, they found solutions to satisfy. The service that Gino & Jo gave us was second to none. I would recommend Sheen Panel Service Bayswater to everyone needing mechanical assistance or if they find themselves in trouble and need great repairs.

Sheen always make the process an easy one. Once I hand over the at fault details and sign the piece of paper giving them authority to act on my behalf it is a smooth and pain free process! I don’t have to do anything like get other quotes or drive to other shops which would be a pain considering it was not my fault! My car it back to its former glory and shiny and new again!
