Darko from Empreus IT Support has been working with me in streamlining my email and client management systems as well as upgrading my laptop with a much faster processing unit.Darko goes above and beyond, he is proactive and always willing to either call in personally or guide me me online when I have issues. He recovered a lot of my data that I lost when my Outlook crashed and then set me up with a cloud based system using my domain name that I had paid for and not yet activated.Basically, Darko made it very easy for me to improve my systems and avoid this occurring again. Thanks Darko!

Darko and the team at Empreus IT have done everything needed to set up the IT for our business - which has been complicated! He has managed buying domains, setting up sharepoint, setting up harware and licences for new starters, and is always super responsive on the phone whenever there is a problem.5-stars, I couldn't ask for more from them!

We commenced a new wealth advice business a few months ago Darko helped us understand what would work now and how this would fit in with our strategy long term. Darko is well versed in the issues that SME's are faced with and helped us non IT literate business owners make informed decisions. If I have a problem he comes back very promptly and resolves over the phone, remotely or will come into our office. He meets with us once a month to iron out bugs to enable us to build our business effectively. Definitely recommend

We had previously had been unsuccessful linking Outlook to our email accounts, Darko had this sorted in no time. Highly recommend this place! Provided excellent service in a timely manner. Very experienced. I am no good with IT and technology and had to get my work printer fixed ASAP. Their staff was super friendly, managed to get me in on the same day (even tho being super busy and closing in an hour) and then provided super detailed advice on what would be the best option for me and company I work for. Amazing company!
