Exceptional! Highly skilled staff with a sincere passion for animals: Big and small; young and old! The empathy and consideration that we experience at Greencross Coburg is certainly appreciated. We have four dogs and all are treated by Dr Nadia Timol, who has been our veterinarian for 5 years. Yes! We have followed Dr Nadia to Greencross Coburg. Her tireless devotion and dedication to best practice has certainly earned our loyalty. A new clinic, the equipment and practice provide an excellent facility for animal care and treatment. As an attentive canine parent and professional canine handler/trainer, I highly recommend the staff at this clinic. I am most confident in recommending this team!

Good service, and I was able to get a next-day appointment online easily which was really helpful, but the price is incredibly high. My dog needed a grass seed removed, which we've had done many times at different vets, and none were nearly as expensive. There's also clearly some company instruction to upsell on extra tests, unnecessary follow-up appointments, extra medication etc. It was semi-urgent and the treatment was good but I definitely wouldn't go here again.

Greens Cross vets and staff are amazing. They listen to our concerns, are thorough with their assements and caring in their approach. We so appreciate everything that they do for us and our pup.

First time going to the one in Coburg and they were beyond great, so kind, gentle and caring about the way they treat the animals, they have great patience and precision when needing to handle dogs such as my boy as he can be very uncontrollable at times and accidentally hurt you due to his size, Definitely will come back here for check ups.

Great treatment in a really professional facility. The staff were lovely throughout a lengthy visit and with a move interstate we found the perfect place for our sweet 12year old Pup.

I took my cat in to get her teeth scaled and polished after being advised in a previous appointment. I was then informed that my 2 year old cat would need 8 - 12 teeth out and would cost another $1,000. They also ran unnecessary tests that I was not consulted about and received a very dramatic diagnosis of FIV over the phone that made it sound like she had a week to live when I called them to check in on how the surgery went. When I picked her up my cat had pulled out her own cannula, they had put a bandage on it to stop the bleeding but when I received her she had wet blood all over her paws which was very disturbing and upsetting. After I got a second opinion I was told she would need no teeth out. I am going to be taking her to a different vet that is independent from now on.

If your pet is sick and you are looking at booking an urgent appointment at Greencross Vet Coburg, don’t even attempt it. We are Healthy Pets Plus members, regular patients and this is the treatment one gets. Happy to take your monthly premiums, but don’t expect any service in return. Surely empathy should play a role when trying to accommodate a pet when there is a health concern. We definitely won’t be using this practice again.
