Scam!! Scam!! They’re very dodgy. They store my car even it’s drivable. They let me pay $550 for storage my car and for the car they gave it me. I asked them at the beginning if there’s any cost, they said no cost at all. It’s all on the insurance company. The manager is so rude. He was screaming on the phone and his voice was so loud. I called him asking if I can take my car because I’m leaving Australia for good on 22 December 2022, and I need to sell my car. I need to get my car because some people are interested and want to inspect it. I asked him just to let people inspect the car and bring it back or I come to your shop and people can inspect my car. He refused and said if you want your car, you pay $550 and move on. It wasn’t fair at all to hold my car and store it if it’s drivable. They just kept it to let me pay for that.

Should have put down minus if i was having an option, if you value for your car please dont use them. They will try anything by giving lot of offers saying they will come to us for picking up the car and drop it back. And once they get the car tooks like ages to fix it. They jad took two months for my car to get fixed for a rear bumper. And they broken few other parts which was not even part of my repair. If someone gives me an option for either giving it to them or putting it in trash i will go for the trash.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, I had my car repaired here after an accident. I needed to replace 2 doors and they took 3 months to repair it, they don’t communicate or give you any updates on the car I had to call them up multiple times but they would delay it, they kept saying come collect it next week continuously but would tell u on the day or before the day that the car is not ready. I’ve missed multiple shifts at work due to this. I went to pick up my car at 4pm and they said all they need to do was clean the car and 5 minutes before I arrive they would say the car isn’t ready but I was already there and to my surprise my car was completely covered in dust and scuffs both of the doors that needed a repair was not even put on yet so they told me the car would be delivered to my house the next day. They were lying to me and wasting my time, they neglected the car for 3 months and only started the repair on the day of pickup. Highly unprofessional the manager was being very rude and would not give me straight answers when asked about the delays, this company only wants money from the insurance. Don’t go to this place!

Horrible experience. Was charged well over the agreed price, huge delays in getting my car back and when I got it back was in an unroadworthy condition despite being ‘completed’.I called numerous times requesting they rectify their work. They reluctantly agreed to to do so. When I got my car back for the second time (after again extensive delays) there were still issues with it.They were so hard to deal with I decided to cut my loses and not worry about going back a third time. Extremely disappointing.

My car went in for repairs with them, after an accident in mid September of last year. Poor communications from the company, they would take weeks to answer you. My car went in there in a running condition, only needed accident repair. I got my yesterday (24/3), not running.(That's right they had my car for 6 months) NOT HAPPY!! Repairs to vehicle not completed properly. Mr Paul Ellingham, is know refusing respond to my messages & phone calls. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.Paul didn't handle himself appropriately when they dropped off my car, he was yelling at my wife & I, because we wouldn't adhere to his instructions.We were also asking to why, my car wasn't repaired properly, not starting, why the spare tyre was on, but he refused to answer, all questions related to my car.I stated a time for my car to dropped off, the driver was late by over 30mins, when my car arrived, in a non-starting condition, we had to scramble to do the school pick-up, and made us late.He (Paul) stated that he would pay 6 (six) months, of registration, which he know is refusing.

It took 4 weeks to repair still not fully done. Had to go second time to fix some lights etc. Requested for a detailed report of parts used and I am yet to get one. Suspect dodgy parts used. Still waiting for report of repairs done and parts used as requested by Toyota to examine the car, but Pau is not responding and RACV insurance also not responded yet

I had the best experience with this panel shop. After my car accident I was well looked after and my car repaired to an excellent standard. Lisa in the office was super friendly and helpful, keeping me up to date with progress. Adam and Paul both made sure to make my repair a priority and complete it promptly. Really awesome service all round and I would highly recommend!!

Scam. Avoid being ripped off! Simple roadworthy they told me I needed new brakes and brake pads. I took it to another mechanic and turns out the brakes and pads were new!Scammers trying to take advantage of a young uni student who wouldn’t have known better regarding the brakes.Flogs.

No one likes needing a repairer! But these guys went above and beyond with excellent service, spot on advice, great repairs, and best of all they were totally upfront the whole time!End to end a great experience which is exactly what you need after an accident! Should the need arise I’d definitely use them again.

The commitments and promises were not kept. My vehicle had to be taken back for additional repair. The loan cars given to me were dirty filled with rubbish and had engine oil leaks.
