Bright Accommodation Park

We had a powered site at $100 a night, $300 for long weekend. Very expensive for a patch of dirt with some big holes in it. Thankfully had witches hats in them so that we didn’t fall in them. Wasn’t sure where the borders of site were. Pulled up to find a big dog poo in the middle of the site, not parks fault but still not a great first impression.The children were excited to swim but said the pool was slimy and dirty. Also lots of leaves, mosquitoes and unidentified items in it. They only lasted 5minutes, if that.The showers were hot and good pressure (once we worked out switched taps). Floors looked gross. Wouldn’t want to drop anything.Kitchen area was good and clean.Park is just out of town and nice to wake to the birds and nature. Lots of motorbikes and road noise though. Thankfully not too much at night.Didn’t see any staff and office was closed the whole time we were there with a mobile number on it. No wifi available.

Nice place to stay in, close to bright town,very clean rooms.The owner was very nice as we accidentally book the tree top room which has separate bathroom downstairs and with kids it’s hard in the night.We ask them and they provide us the room with bathroom next night as they were fully booked on the day.

The camp site is in a great location in terms of distance from Bright. The camp site is however 5 metres off the main road with no fence separating them. In a tent it is very noisy with traffic as it feels like cars are metres from you (which they are). Don’t expect a full nights sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor kitchen facilities were really great, had most things people needed if they didn’t come fully equipped! Especially appreciated the fact that the laundry had a baby bath, the little one love that! It is on a main road which can get busy with large trucks but luckily this didn’t continue on late into the evening. Playground and swimming pool area bonus too!

Booked a deluxe cabin. A caravan would have been better. For over $1100 our bed was in the kitchen the bathroom was a part of the 3 bunk area. Hardly any room at all. This does not definitely come under deluxe. I’m sorry guys but I was very disappointed. I’ve paid less for much better. I’ve never stayed in a cabin where the main bed was in the kitchen. Ver disappointed. In saying that the park was very clean. Staff were lovely. Cabins are kept clean we were near the pool which was cleaned day and night. Enjoyed our stay. Was just a bit cramped.

Stayed in our own caravan. Park was very well kept, facilities were very clean and setting was lovely. Very quiet while we were there but had it have been busy caravan parking would have been very tight and car parking would have needed to be away from the site- simply not sufficient room for van and car. But thoroughly loved our time there.

I had a lovely stay at the caravan park. I was in a tent on my own and the site was lovely and tree laden…the people around me were great.Even though the amenities were a bit dated, they were cleaned and functional.Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing! No soap in shower,no hair dryer as stated in room details communication very difficult,no staff in park so in an emergency it would be a disaster especially when phone doesn’t get answered.Rocks still outside car park near until been there sometime from work,pool dirty and certainly not inviting to swim.The park needs some love and most off all staff need to be in residence. Certainly couldn’t recommend it for a holiday there’s much better around for your money.

Although the park is simple we received wonderful service from the management team during our stay with our caravan. After we had a mechanical issue with our car, the team went over and above in looking after our car on site, awaiting to be towed back to Melbourne. A big thank you to the team

Was a lovely stay. Facilities we’re very well equiped making the overall camping experience a lot easier, in addition the facilitators were very helpful in regards to helping us with any queries we had. Very family orientated environment as staff is strict about ensuring the safety of others and there is a lovely pool, playground, basketball court and giant chess. The town centre is only a 5 min drive but can also be accessed via the bike tracks running parallel with the road.
