We arranged the work with Dave, we asked for a tyre change on our truck on site, Tyre was changed in less than 30min, we paid for the full hour (minimum charge) and there was no courtesy to check tryre pressures on the rest of the truck or even ask if there was anything more needed being that the 1 hour had been allocated and charged for. We were very disappointed and frustrated that no consideration was given to attending to, Or even ask if anything else was needed being the time and the minimum charge was allocated.We made a follow up phone call to Dave regarding our frustration, but there was not interest by Dave to do anything about the issue we raised, or even any attempt to try and better service us as a customer and find a way to make the issue right!If this is how as a customer we are treaded, we'd rather give our work and money to someone else who will care more about our equipment and us as customers.Short term gain for a long term loss in our opinion.

Took my car in for a wheel balance only. They were very quick ,didn't drag it out like some and gave me the facts. Turned out to be out only minimal. Thanks
