My friend went to get his tyres replaced, he instead got his rims damaged and they refused to take any responsibility. They placed the blame on him, If they can't take any accountability how can you trust them to do a proper job on your car?If you value your car I would not recommend this place.**Edited after response from owner**I dont understand why you are not taking responsibility to what you have done..And as for the tyre you mentioned you are well aware that is from another rim..This could of easily been rectified and resolved......

Having come across my fair share of dodgy mechanics in the seven hills and surrounding areas, i came to this one with the same thought and was very surprised. Been with Amarjit and his mechanics for 2 and half years now and i cannot complain. I first came with a dodgy transmission and was not financially stable to have it completely repaired but Amarjit heard me and offered me a payment plan. Car has not had issues with it since and any other knooks and crannies i had with my car have also been fixed at a reasonable price. If you do go here make sure you try his Punjab chai. Always looked after very well and all of the staff always go out of their way to service and modify my car. Very friendly, polite, top quailty and very knowledgable and experienced. Singh Uncle has worked on all of our family cars for over 10 years and would 100% recommend.

Caused damage to my rims during a tyre change, at first stated that it was his machine and he offered to fix it. When I went back to get it repaired he started back-pedalling and saying that the area where there is significant damage was not caused by him. First claimed that I had hit something and he didn’t drive my car at all (despite me having a dash cam showing that he did drive my car) then started saying my wheels were dirty and it was his fault for cleaning them which showed the damaged. He didn’t clean them at all… his solution was to do some touch up paint on the wheels. This would not fix the problem at all, it would just cover it up. He pulled out a random old tyre and tried to say that’s where the damage was from. Very obviously looking for any excuse. I have dashcam audio of them saying “if there is a complaint then you deal with it”. Goes to show their dodgy business practices. Avoid this place if you have care for your vehicle. No integrity at all. Complaint has been lodged with ACCC.*you can see from the owner’s response that he still tries to place the blame on me and refuses to take responsibility for the damage. He took out a random tyre that was not from that rim and tried to say that they are one in the same. The rims were in perfect condition beforehand. I can’t make it any clearer than that. The damage in the photos were caused by the owner and his staff. He made every possible excuse including claiming that the wheels were dirty which was covering up the damage… unbelievable. He also blatantly lied to my face by insisting that he did not drive my car until I told him that I had a dash cam which recorded him and he started becoming defensive. I never insulted the owner, I was expecting a solution and for him to acknowledge these issues. He stated that the outer scuff marks were caused by them but not the main damage (which is in the same area?). The solution that was offered was touch up paint, if the owner is a reputable mechanic as he so claims then it is obvious that the rim needs to be repaired properly to fix it. Not touch up paint which would only temporarily cover the scuffs until the touch up paint inevitably comes off and still leave the obvious damage.It is unfortunate that in today’s world the customer is expected to take precautions like photographing their vehicle beforehand to ensure that it is returned in the same condition when it is dropped off as the business won’t accept any responsibility. A warning to anyone who attends this business that this is how you will be treated.So many fake reviews to make yourselves look better, it’s obvious… I had a real experience with them and don’t edit your response and try to hide the fact you guys are liars. Singh acknowledge that the rim was damaged by your machine but he back-pedalled at the main damage. You guys are just liars. I wouldn’t put this much effort into writing something that would have been a simple repair if you had any decency. Why would he offer touch up paint if there’s no chance your machine could damage it. That tyre he showed me wasn’t from that rim, I’m not surprised at how many excuses you have come up with. I hope everyone reads my posts first and knows what to expect.
