Thank you for supplying new indoor temp sensor for dometic b3000 air con....taking the time to explain how to replace sensor was extremely appreciated and yes, not even I could stuff it up....aircon working...am now in goodbooks with she who must be obeyed....temporarily of course. Have helped me out a few times over past 25 or so years and never let me down, outstanding professional business, thank you.

Warranty issue with the fridge in my van.... Lakeside is the authorised service centre. The whole thing was so smooth, from booking the appointment and dropping in today... I was blown away by all the lovely people there and the fast and efficient repair on my caravan and a bit of advice on performance of the fridge as well. Truly can't recommend Lakeside Gas Fridges enough........ Well done guys.

I found that my Thetford fridge was not igniting less than 2 weeks before I was to leave and free camp for around 3 weeks. I spoke to Dillon and he managed to squeeze me in to have a look at the problem. Turned out to be a quick easy fix. Highly recommend these guys.

Have used the services a couple of times & I am always happy with the finished result It's easy to get frustrated with delays in getting parts, but largely this is beyond their control. I found if I can recognise this and display patience, it's smiles all around

Lakeside organised a complete new air conditioner for our caravan in less than 7 days as we are travelling to 40 degree heat next week and our unit died. The Two ladies than run the business were more than obliging at short notice to help my wife and I out for trip. Totally recommend Lakeside for quick dismantle and new installation yesterday, and the job was neat and tidy totally impressed. Recommend all Rv/Caravan owners if you need a replacement air cond these people are the ones to see.

Visited for a quote for a job of at least $5000, was told they would work on out and get back later that day, by 3.30 phoned to ask after my quote only to be told they were too busy to get to it and the person doing it had left for the day and will call next day. A week later still waiting, so took my business elsewhere as they obviously don't need any more work.
