Terry is great - friendly, professional and knows what he's doing. Excellent service, very reasonable price. Came out within an hour to help with a slow draining toilet, found and fixed the problem (blocked sewer line) within a couple of hours. Fixed a couple of leakly taps while he was here too (that had supposedly been replaced by a different plumber 12 months ago, but found out today that they hadn't done what they said they had, which is why I was still having the issue - until today, thanks to Terry!).
