Pathetic ! The lady I spoke with today morning was so rude. She was just not letting me speak and wanted to say and do what she had in mind and then cancelled my ride without my permission. Never seen such a rude lady. She did not tell me her name as she knew I would bring it up. They behave as if they are doing an obligation on us. In early this yr the service used to be good and feedback given was taken positively. But off late its gone terrible !

Chirnside Park area- this service is for the elderly. That is what the bus driver told me & my young children. They were so excited to actually be going on the mini-mini bus but I was made to feel bad for using it. It’s a trial so we were trying to support it. It’s not really public transport if they don’t want more people to use it.

The Range estate at Croydon ( close to Mooroolbark Station ) desperately needs a flexibus service. We are too far from regular bus stops.Flexibuses that depart and arrive at Mooroolbark Station, mostly are empty. Could this be because they aren't going to areas with the greaterneed?

Booking with flexiride is very hard. I tried booking way way to early for my schedule but the app wants to reschedule everything. And if I book later I would be very late for work.

Telebus is amazing. The drivers are great, and the service is top notch. The buses are exceptionally clean and are much better than usual route buses.

Bus is always late. Bus drivers are friendly and professional but the system.they use could be from the 1950s

Regularly use the Telebus around Rowville. Wish the service could be expanded to other outer suburbs.
