Very poor after sales service, actually no service at all! My sliding door was going to fall, and I've contacted them months, they never replied, only me kept pushing them. They didn't even have after sales support, and couldn't give me a solution till now. The door was sitting there so dangerous!

We installed Jolong windows and doors in our new build in Bondi a couple of years ago and remain completely happy with the product.We did have the need for a service call recently in relation to the glazed stacking doors and engaged with Alan from the company who took control of the situation and resolved the issue in a most professional way.

I am told the windows are direct from the factory in China. Double glazing doors and windows are reasonably priced.

No after sale service. Ignored all my parts requests.

Like any outsourced jobs, I diligently went and got 4 quotes. Some were manufactured locally and some overseas. I went and visited 1 factory and 2 shops to see their ware. Ended up going with Jolong for the product quality and pricing. Today the installer (their outsourced installer) finished my windows and doors. I am very happy with the outcome. So glad that I went with the slightly more expensive option of getting Low E glass. It really makes a difference in west facing rooms.

Five star product on fair price. My daughter can practice the violin without annoying the neighbour at night. Best after sale customer service I ever seen and prompt response to your queries.

Their products are quite good, but the service is unbearable. When i asked a question, i have to wait at least 10days to get answer, even a simple question. They are not rudy just simplely ignore you. Very strage attitude to run a business, seem not even care to close a deal at all.
