Very dishonest staff.The staff tell you in store they will marinate anything you want. So, I decided to get some poultry marinated and called up the store. The staff member on the phone tells me they have heaps of products on the shelves, and I asked them for a very very basic marinade. They then advised I ring back in 5mins. When I call back they say no sorry we don’t have any chicken left.I went to the shop an hour later and it’s full of chicken.I will be taking my business elsewhere. You can’t even be honest with customers!!Disgrace !

We love Prestige Meats..usually go to Fairfield shop.As heading into the Mt Ommaney store , one of the butchers was coughing over the meat. Ewwww. No turn of head, nothing. Straight over the food being prepared. 2 steps in, turned around and left. With no hygiene measures in place. Will not be back to this store.

Lachie was so much help in regards to dry aging some meat for me. Helpful, friendly team every time we come in. Best butchers I've been to in a long time, I'll be coming here whenever I need some quality meat.

Great butcher. We buy meat here regularly and have always been happy. It might be more expensive than Coles (haven't bothered to check), but the quality is clearly better and they have some very convenient and tasty options, like their range of skewers. All the staff seem friendly and helpful. This is just a wonderful thing to have at Mt Ommaney Centre, especially being right outside Coles. Pop into Prestige Meats first, then the fruit market next door, and then go to Coles for the rest of your shop.

Purchase numerous times …. And ditto not happy Staff great n friendly, however purchases very yukky. Extremely bland goods sadly x. I keep returning as hoping they may improve and I love supporting these guys

I have been going to this butcher shop for donkeys years and I’m just constantly impressed. The boys just went above and beyond for me this morning and nothing was too hard for them. Top service and quality meats are the reason I don’t go anywhere else. Throughly recommend!

Only friendly if ur spending a fortune. Went in for 1 piece of rump, guy serving me rolled his eyes at me. Everyone should get same level of service no matter what the spend.
