We recently renovated our apartment in Box Hill. We approached Terry from VIC tiles for tiling the kitchen floor. We found Terry to be very friendly and easy to work with. He was fast enough to provide a quote on the tiling job from the photos we sent him and stick to this quote. Genuine and competitive quote. He was real quick to book in the Tiler to do the job as soon as possible. His Tiller arrived on tim,e with all the material. Tiler was very accommodative and he has done a wonderful tile installation. He was very flexible and came back to do the skirting job after few weeks when cabinet installation was over. I would definitely recommend Terry and his business to anyone who is looking to get their Tiling done. I will be using his services again very soon for other job.

Terry is exceptionally kind and very thorough in his interactions. He gave us a very good price for flooring we were after and also organized prompt installation. Tried to get 2 sample federation tiles delivered to Kew for 11days. I have paid $40.00 for delivery. First I was told it would take a couple of days then was told one had to come from Queensland then they I was bounced between branches? to track down delivery.11 days later no SAMPLE tiles arrived. Not delivered!!!

Installer did a good job. I am very happy with the outcome. Prices are reasonable too. I was charged less than the original quote based on the material used. Sales staff were friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with.

Terry is an absolute champion of a person to deal with. The tiler called me on a sunday afternoon to tell me we're running out of tiles. Called Terry first thing Monday morning, tiles were immediately ready for pick up from the tile supplier! How can you beat that for service?
