It was a great experience with friendly front desk staff and the repair team. The estimated repair time of 1 hour 30 minutes was completed in just 45 minutes. The new windshield and wipers are excellent.The clean waiting room provided cookies and coffee, and the TV broadcasted news to help pass the time.I would definitely give them a 5-star rating.

I even didn't want to give any Star. I went there few days ago because the windscreen got a very small chip less 0.5 cm. I asked the guy can be repaired or not. Because my car looks like has comprehensive insurance straight away. So the guy told me not repairable and leave there and claim from insurance. Before I went there I have done my research and I found before the chip crack and less than 0.5cm, the chip still can be refilled. I told the guy because I have claimed windscreen replaced from insurance once already and I don't think I could have claimed again within a year, however the guy still said just leave there. I don't think this is a professional business should say not helping just like to have easy money. I called another window repair and get the windscreen chip refill repaired in the same day. I would like to suggest, sometime big or advertise more company may not really reliable. Small Business needs more support and they are doing very good job.

I don’t usually leave reviews (let alone negative ones) but I found these guys utterly unreliable when it comes to customer service and fixing deficiencies in their work under warranty.I brought my car here in early July to replace our rear windscreen. However, while completing the job they cracked the back of my car and they promised to fix it under warranty.It’s been now more than 10 weeks and much to my inconvenience I have had to keep on calling and nagging them regularly to chase up the status of getting the spare back panel imported from Japan, having it painted and then to arrange a time and place to reinstall (we live over 45 mins away). Not once have they been proactive in looking after me or calling me to update me on status.I honestly don’t understand how these guys manage to sleep at night with providing this kind of service to their customers.I would not recommend this place to anyone and would even advise you to avoid this place given my very frustrating experience. Not a happy customer at all!

1 hour and they solved the windshield issue that multiple car service providers couldn't fix (how to install my rearview mirror which had fallen off and no one could seem to glue back on). Plus they are always on time, with no issues.

Very well organised before the booking and on the day, great customer service, great work done on my car. Quick and officiant.

Very professional, friendly and quality service. My insurer automatically allocated another repairer and I was talking to call centre people in Manila who didn't know about the service or have access to the booking schedule. O'Brien are very easy to deal with by phone and in person. Chip fixed within 30mins.

Great service! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Warm room to wait in and plenty of parking.

The only complaint i have is waiting a little longer than 30mins (because they stated they will have it done within that time frame), but apart from that minor complaint, they are honestly so nice, so friendly and they did a great job with my chip repair. They were transparent with everything and even accommodated me & refunded me an 'inconvenience fee' because they cancelled on me. The guy inside the office was incredibly friendly and the girl that approached me to analyse my chip was so nice and honest. Hope to not be back but if I do, I know I'm in great hands!

I had waited over a month to book for a windscreen repair only for them to cancel the appointment the day of when I had already arrived saying that they didn't have the right parts available. I called after to reschedule but they couldn't give me an estimate after promising that it would be done before December which is now unlikely. I had to contact another private company who then completed the job within 24 hours. Will not be going back to O'Brien and would not recommend it to anyone.
