Was looking forward to checking out the new store.The sign on the door had closed at 5.08pm but was supposed to be open until 5.30??I entered the store and wandered around the store. At no stage did staff acknowledge me or even ask if I needed any assistance

You have to order furniture nothing in stock..get it 1 month late than ETA. Then the service at the loading dock....carry it yourself to the car, a 47kg box. No help from staff....too lazy. Lucky I was there instead of my wife to pick it up. Spend your money elsewhereCare factor 0We will shop elsewhere...

One of your sales ladies tried to sell my son a dining room table in the clearance section for the same price as it was advertised in your catalog. Either she is an incompetant sales person or one that does not uphold honest ethical sales standards. consequence I will not be shopping in your stores

Totally Ignored by Staff.Entered store. Both staff were at counter talking.I wasn't greeted...Spent about 10 min walking around slowly looking at items , prices etc.Younger girl dark hair took a ironers call..they then BOTH greeted a customer who came in after me.They continued talking gossip she this she that" and I walked out of the store upser"
