I had THE BEST spa experience at Gillian Adams! I came in for the couples package for my anniversary and had the best service; right from the gourmet lunch to the beautiful aquamedic pool room and finally a fantastic massage with Ben and Cora. Thank you Nella for being a fantastic host, it was a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a luxurious spa experience. Cheers

I recently had my 3rd visit to Gillian Adams, but unlike previous times, I am uncertain as to whether I will return.I sent the following as feedback in an email to the Gillian Adams team 2 weeks ago, but have received no response, despite it being the email address they direct you to as a means of contacting them.'I had a pleasant facial with a friendly and knowledgeable beautician. We spoke about my skin concerns prior to the treatment and once she started massaging my face, she recommended a certain treatment ‘at extra cost’ in order to truly benefit my specific skin needs. I agreed and did not question this exact extra cost as I believed that if that was a substantial amount it would be openly disclosed prior to commencement of treatment.Unfortunately, much to my surprise, when paying the bill I found that I had paid an additional $50 for the mask and also $180 for a serum. This was rather devastating for me as I showered straight after the treatment due to knotted hair from the scalp massages I had received throughout the day. Had I known that $230 would be described as mildly as ‘extra cost’, I would not have agreed to this treatment. Perhaps in the future your beauticians can disclose these amounts to clients prior to treatment, as I was in a blissful state post massage and did not think clearly enough to question.'I have been disappointed at the lack of response from the Spa, but also the more I have shared this situation with friends, I feel somewhat taken advantage of where costings are concerned. I am aware this is a luxurious and costly experience, and perhaps some clientele would not bat an eyelid at that extra charge, however that is quite substantial for me and has been a shock to myself and those that I have discussed it with.

Received La Lumiere package as a gift from my boys for Christmas 2020 and just managed to go and enjoyed a great day. Chefs food was amazing. Treatments were great and I had a lovely relaxing day. Thank you

An honest review and I am not posting for compensations. I am simply upset and hoping others would be cautious about booking here.My appointment with them was in early May. It was the worst spa experience (or actually the worst customer service I have experienced in the years I've lived in Sydney). Very poor customer service, and products are good (but not good enough to feel it's value for money).I suppose I have high hopes considering the high ratings from FB groups and reviews. I was prepared to splurge on a good spa day for a friend's bachelorette. But I feel bullied, disrespected while having to pay $1900 for 3 people just really don't sit well with me.If you still thinking about going to this spa. Consider this:1) They have no information on parking (and their services are usually 2-5 hours long). Please ring them ahead to ask. It's not easy to find.2) We came in a group of 3, given two tiny lockers (smaller than a typical gym locker) Apparently, when I raised this to the manager, they said we need to ask for extra space. So if you are booking as a group, you are probably better off booking individually.3) There's no point booking as a group. I rang to book this service 4 months ahead with two requests. Please keep the group together as much as possible, and please do not contact the bride. We were given a twin room for a massage and that's it, the bride was contacted the day before (I even tried to call them two days ahead of time to remind them, they still rang her)4) Please carefully consider the body scrub. Expensive and painful. You will get buttery smooth skin, but I don't like it, my friend don't mind it.5) Please carefully consider the massage. I was told off by the manager that I am very backwards (her words are it's 2023...") that they will randomly allocate you to a male masseuse without telling you. Her response is insensitive and disrespectful. My response to her on the spot is "what about consent?" Not every woman is comfortable with a male masseuse albeit it is because of culture

I am not the one who usually writes reviews. However, when something delivers love and kindness, I want to pass it on so that other people can experience it. Today, I was lucky enough to be gifted a 3 hours spa experience at Gillian Adams Spa. I was nervous going to my session as I do not do this often, but my god I left with tears of JOY, cleansed soul, and feeling warmed and loved.Being European I grew up enjoying hot spring waters every day, so to have an oasis like Gillian Adams Spa in Sydney is a true blessing. The spa mineral water with jet engines helped me get to a relaxed meditative state.What blew my mind and my heart is the attention to detail at this place. Like the unforgettable scent in the steam room, or the infused water and fruit to have while being in the relaxation lounge... This is a place where you don’t need to think at all, as all the thinking is done for you by the beautiful staff. The staff cares for you and guides you through your journey seamlessly. Wearing nothing but the comfiest robe and slippers.As this experience was a gift for me, I didn’t know what was in store after my spa and steam room. I was escorted to, what seemed like a VIP room, to have a 50-minute head-to-toe massage (BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE, thank you for the wonderful hands of my masseur today). The massage bed had stunning internal heating, the room was like an ornate royal palace, the lighting was perfectly deemed, and the classical music & scent during the massage took me to a place where I felt like royalty.I finished off in a stunning garden listening to a water feature, eating beautiful food, and delicious wine & coffee. Thank you to all the kind waiters who looked after me & made me smile.I highly recommend this place. I definitely won’t stop anyone who wants to go in pairs or groups... But, if you made a booking and your friend can’t go, then just go by yourself! TRUST ME! No phone and nobody else… just you and this heavenly place! It’s a lifetime experience that YOU won’t ever forget.If there is anything “negative” to say, is that the 3 hours goes too quickly haha… I guess is true “time flies when you having fun”.Thank you, Gillian and her team for giving me pure love & joy with your professionalism. What a true gift.

Amazing experience, I had the La Royale package and it was great, it included the pool, a relaxing aromatherapy massage, facial and a delicious lunch. The staff were so lovely and attentive, really beautiful attitudes from everyone you deal with. I look forward to coming back really soon!

Best hair cut ever with Amber. All the staff are outstanding and the luxurious environment is totally relaxing. Ask for Angelica for any beauty therapy including painless waxing!

Loved this place.If you want a lovely day out with the girls or a lovely lunch with a pool session then this is the place to come!I was given a gift voucher for here for my birthday and I LOVED it! It was so lovely coming here.I had a massage with Ashleigh and she was amazing so if you want a great massage see her!I will 100% be back!

I took my friend for a spa day to celebrate her birthday. We used the pool and steam room, followed by an aromatherapy massage and then Devonshire tea. The whole experience was delightful and as two self proclaimed “massage snobs” we both loved our massage experience. Will definitely be back!
