We were very impressed with the service provided and the speed and efficency from the initial quoting to the installation. We were given comprehensive instructions about the operation and maintenace by the installer and a follow up call after it was coompleted making sure everything was working and we were happy with the overall process. Also i should mention the price was very competitive and their product exceeds the minimum Australian Standards for Solar. Highly recommend 1300needsolar

So happy with our new solar panels. Service was excellent, install was flawless and our first electricity bill after solar installation was half of what we normally pay. We couldn’t recommend 1300needsolar highly enough! Just wish we had solar earlier and saved the $$$$ sooner.

Very very disappointed with this company. 12 months after installation my inverter died because of the poor installation and water was leaking inside the system. Took him 8 months to replace the inverter and they sent me second hand inverter fully damaged from outside. Stay away from this company.Can’t believe I can’t give them zero stars

The best Solar company to deal with- no cheesy sales pitches just answered my questions gave me a quote booked me in same day for next week install process was super simply. They have installed half our street in Redland Bay. We used to have a $1200 bill with pool aircon and three teens that dont have to pay the bills now after upgrading old system we have $150-$200 some quarters cant complain about that. System paid itself off within just over a year just from the savings.

Our terracotta tile roof was not a problem for 1300needsolar. They were happy to provide spare tiles as they can break easily but they didn't need any in the end - no breakages. Easy to work with and very prompt.
