Just booked my Peugeot into a local repairer after waiting 2 hours for Brian Hilton Peugeot service department to call me back. They have sent me no end of correspondence trying to win back my business as I stopped going there due to similar poor service in the past. Guess they never learn.

We have just purchased a new Toyota 86 GT from Brian Hilton Toyota at North Gosford.We dealt with Nicolas Loveridge who helped to make our purchase a very relaxing experience. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was a problem for him. Also we didn’t feel pressured at any time.So we can certainly say that buying a car from Brian Hilton Toyota North Gosford was a very pleasurable experience.

An issue arose with our new Peugeot, after getting in contact with Brooke Moore and getting the information across I was assured that she would handle it, every time I made contact with her office I was gifted her time and attention which is very important to us, she took it all on, she owned the problem and put in the efforts to make things right from start to finish, when one calls for assistance that a customer is entitled to one expects it and Brooke made her available, we are very pleased with her outstanding customer service and commitment to her role.

I recently bought my first new Peugeot and decided to get it serviced at Brian Hilton Peugeot at Gosford. The staff were very professional and I was happy with the service I received.

Warranty claim service has been despicable.It's been more than a year since I was told they're looking into fixing my Peugeot 207s rust issue. Yes, rust on a car appeared after 4 years.The service department has been sitting with my claim for over 8 months after which I made a complaint to fair trading. Of course that didn't help. Let's see if court proceedings make a difference.

terrible service from these guys at Brian Hilton at West Gosford. Booked car in for first service of the day (8:20am) and waited for it to be ready. 3 customers came and went with their cars before I had to inquire.. told after 3 hours that the car would be ready in 30 mins.. that took another 50. Tyre tread on the front was just under recommendations 2.9 but the rear had close to 4 points. Did they rotate the tyres.. NO. Fixed pricing on receipt changed when the printed invoice was done at completion. They fixed this back to the original fixed price but not before my mini heart attack. Wont be back in this place unless its unavoidable... which it is.

Bought a brand new 508 in November 2020. Due to prior poor experiences I was upfront with salesman that I would never bring car to Hiltons for service. At 3 month inspection at another dealer I asked why the steering felt strange. Was told car was fine. Had to take their word for it. When car was due for rego I had the wheel alignment checked. Alignment was grossly out of spec and in alignment tech's opinion had never been aligned. Of course by then tyres were ruined. Put new tyres on, contacted CEO of Peugeot Australia about re-imbursement and was pretty well ignored. Now it turns out car has some weird intermittent steering problem as well. Looks to me like my car had no pre delivery inspection. Hardy reflects well on Hiltons or Peugeot Australia or their dealer network. Not at all happy.
