Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. So rude and unhelpful. I was told my parcel would be delivered to my home address when purchased. Then I was told we do not deliver over the ferry". I continued to tell them that there is an alternate route which doesn't take in a ferry ride. But they continued to refused and I am now expected to drive 91km to pick up the parcel. Disgusting."
