AerialFit

The lessons themselves were good in that the kids enjoyed themselves, however customer service not so good. We went to several lessons there and not just one child but 3 children, and I don't think we were greeted and said hello to on arriving even ONE Single time. I don't think even one Single time were said Good bye too, see you later and looked in the eye. I even paused a bit before leaving but never a word said. Especially since new customers we were never asked how it was going or whether we enjoyed it. Just one time a older lady probably the owner told the kids rudely to get out of the 2nd room. This really put me off the place. The girls behind the reception were always young maybe teenagers so they need to be taught to greet parents and children. We felt totally ignored. Parents are paying for the kids lessons, at least ackknowledge them with a friendly smile and how are you. It's basic customer service that frankly I knew as a teenager.

AerialFit creates such a fun and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through the doors. The teachers are incredibly skilled and supportive. I'm so glad that I took the leap out of my comfort zone to come and learn aerials at AerialFit. No matter your ability or skill level, everyone is welcomed into the family. Couldn't be happier!

I've been attending classes at AerialFit for about a year and I absolutely adore this studio. The teachers and staff are so encouraging, kind and welcoming and the overall vibe is lovely. Highly, highly recommend this place.

I love coming to the studio, I always feel welcomed and the place has a great vibe. All the staff are passionate about the clients and I really enjoy the challenge of both the studio and the aerial programs. I highly recommend giving the place a try, they have a great introductory studio offer!

An extremely welcoming and accepting environment with instructors who accommodate to any need or capability. The studio itself is beautiful and the diverse amount of classes keeps the week very exciting. I feel comfortable and judgement-free working out at AerialFit. Absolutely love it! :)

Love this studio. Super chill, welcoming, and warm, with fabulous yoga workouts. The aerial instructors are so encouraging and make it such a fun time.

I LOVED Vanessa's aeriel yoga class!!! She is an AMAZING teacher and I will definitely be back! She was able to guide with great instruction and gave modifications to make movements easier or more challenging depending on what we wanted. I LOVED that time flew by as well; before I knew it class was over and it felt like it had just begun. She is a top notch instructor and I would recommend her to anyone!

I love this studio!! From the first day I walked in I was welcomed by everyone who are so friendly! I’ve been doing silks for three terms now and it’s the highlight of my week coming in to the studio!

Aerial fit is a fantastic place to work out. You never feel judged like the feeling you get going into a gym. There’s a sense when you walk in that everyone is there to help you on your fitness journey while having fun at the same time. The atmosphere is always relaxed and light hearted - a rare feeling in a fitness environment! I can’t recommend aerial fit enough. They have made working out fun for me again!
