Working with Winston, Darren and the rest of the team at Magico Construction is always a pleasure.Communication is easy with them and Payments have always been made promptly.It's so refreshing to work with a builder that ticks all the boxes.What makes them stand out from other builders is the fact that they are committed to ensuring a quality build opposed to focusing on their bottom line.Additionally, their sites are always well organised therefore making it safer and more efficient for all workers. A great example of this is; we suggested that they hire a forklift to assist in vertical loading and it was there as soon as we needed it!We highly recommend Magico and look forward to working with them again.

I worked with Darren, Winston and the team on a new custom home construction in Eastwood as the project Architect & Interior Designer. They were extremely professional, organised and committed to doing their very best. They exceeded all my expectations and whenever there were problems they were there to work out the best possible solution for the design and for the clients, putting themselves last and doing everything they could to achieve the best outcome. Magico Constructions recently completed a project in Elizabeth Bay that was designed by atarchitecture.com.au with outstanding results. Despite some rather complex site constraints and other political challenges, Magico persisted to the end. They certainly have a winning combination with Darren's tenacious attention to the paperwork & project administration and Winston's knowledge & experience on site. They are both willing do whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means getting in themselves and getting grubby in amongst 150 years' worth of dust & grime!Magico's attention to detail and their ability to see the big picture holds them in good stead amongst their peers.
