Great customer service and professional car repair service. A little slow efficiency, however offered to lend me a car for weekend bring them on top again. Finally got my car before Friday night and helped me clean my car, looks brand new now. Would definitely recommend for sure.

Vehicle went in for repairs after a rear end collision, I am particular about my car and keeping it in good condition and went with this repairer due to the stellar reputation they have, how wrong I was.The repair of the body was excellent but the paintwork was absolutely appalling. The repairer was specifically asked to not wash or detail the car the car, or touch any of the panel work that they did not have to paint - I asked this from previous experience with panel and service shops. Well I got the car back and it went from having near perfect paint to this (see pictures). The panels that weren't painted had swirl marks form a incorrectly used buffer throughout, almost all the panels had additional scratches on it from being poorly washed, and even the brand new paint was not safe, (see pic of tailgate, Side of rear bar and front bar which all got painted). They were even kind enough to leave a hand print on the B pillar...When they were approached they agreed to see me to discuss my concerns and I was told in essence 'What's your problem'. and when I asked why they washed the car when they were expressly asked not to (and agreed not to) I got told I cant give it back to you dirty".I got no resolution from Brighton Crash aside from an offer for a band aid fix and had to go through months of insurance remediation to get the car fixed properly. I have also included a photo of the paintwork before it went into the shop for reference (last pic after the one with the hand print- the one without all the swirls). for anyone unsure

If you want any body and paint work done on your car, you have to go to Brighton Crash! These guys are great. Everyone was friendly and professional and the job was fantastic. They keep me up to date via text each step of the process my car was at and the the job was finished 1 day earlier. I could not be happier. The Gentleman that looked after me has 24 years experience. I would recommend Brighton Crash to anyone needing work done.
