Always have to wait excessively long times. Restaurant isn’t clean. Attitude of staff is often disgruntled. Manager heard swearing and abusively name calling staff in hearing of customers. Absolute disgrace. Nothing is ever done about this!!!!

Haven't had it for years,thought I'd give it a try. All the old favorites were there but it tasted like crumbed fried chicken. Do they still use 11 different herbs and spices? Seems like salt and pepper. Will try again one day.

Staff were too busy standing around talking to friends to serve customers. Multiple cars in drive through and 2 of the 3 staff out the front chatting. Store was dirty and bugs everywhere. Food was questionable.

This is absolutely ridiculous. 7 cars waiting out the front to have the meals delivered in the car park in the heat with a disabled person in the car. What the hell do you offer a drive through service for. Never again. And not even a serviette with the meal. Absolutely discussing

Ate here a week ago and the womens toilet door lock was broken and the hand dryer didn't work. Neither has been fixed plus the food was terrible. Chips and nuggets were soggy and chicken tasted wrong. The outside looks terrible and needs painting and all the tables were dirty. I don't usually post bad reviews but this was terrible and needs urgent attention.

We were just driving pass and went to kfc Innisfail. We were not local so didn’t know just went for drive thru and then thought we should just dine in so didn’t Order on the speaker and the lady on the window was staring and rolled the eyes when we told her sorry we are going to dine. After that we went inside the store the lady at the counter was lovely and had good customer service skills and we requested her hot fresh hot chips so she asked the lady who was taking Order for drive thru and cooking at the back she threw chips in front of her and yelled “ NO MORE QUESTIONS” these chips are fresh which is workplace bullying but the front lady was so calm and lovely and didn’t say anything to her.To the manager:PLEASE give some training or show some customer service skills videos to her so she can learn as she can cause work fatigue for other staff members.Or if she is the manager she is not at the right place.

Just experienced work place harassment and bullying going on into this KFC store. Where the disgraceful behaviour lady at the back throw chips on a very nice front worker upon asking some freshly cooked chips. FELT BAD FOR FRONT WORKER as she’s providing great customer service.

Drive thru closed. Ok cool, so we go inside and virtually no staff! The poor girl at the front counter was run off her feet but still managed to keep her smile. 3 x Zinger burger combos (they had no bacon so we couldn't have bacon n cheese zingers). Absolutely no spice to these zingers whatsoever! Would've complained at the counter but the line up was to the door.
