Very unprofessional, unorganised clinic. Doctors are uninterested in following up with their patients. Long wait times, I was booked in with the wrong doctor to get test results. If you want anything other than a doctors certificate for work I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Do not rate. Doctor's should not force a patient to go anything they don't want to do. Doctor's should be compassionate and understanding. Doctor's here are so quick to push you out the door and not get to know the patient.

Absolutely disgraceful uncaring behaviour from Dr Ratna who has caused me untold inconvenience and stress, despite knowing I'm under huge stress already from a million dollar claim going through court proceedings because my financial advisor stole my savings so I have no adequate income to live on and have to fight unfair legislation to try and get my money back, and further issues in my life causing untold stress so I'd asked her for my next appointment to be referred for psychological support for it all as I can not cope anymore. I also have epilepsy, and needed my medical review report filled out for Vicroads so visited the clinic with plenty of time for her to follow that up so my driver's licence wasn't suspended until it was. Dr Ratna promised to assist me and complete the report by the deadline, but made me leave her office without finalising it saying to give her some time to check my old medical records which was fair enough as I was a new patient, so I gave her time and patiently waited. She did not tell me she was going on holidays very soon. I then discovered Vicroads did not have my report yet when I rang them because the deadline was approaching and I'd had no email they'd received it as I expected they would've by then, and when I rang the clinic asking why Vicroads didn't have it I was told Dr Ratna - despite assuring she would help me and not cause me further stress - somehow ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONALLY totally forgot about my report and left for her holidays overseas, leaving me scrambling with just 9 days left to organise another Dr to do the report or my licence would be suspended. The admin staff at this clinic were as helpful as they could be, but they made an appointment 4 days later with another Dr telling me I'd only find out on the morning of that day if that Dr was even willing to do the report - and he was not, so despite organising my day around that I was then sent to another of their clinics to another Dr, who also needed my past medical history to do the report and there was no time left to get that to him, forcing me HUGE INCONVENIENCE AND EXPENSE to go to another Dr who could do it. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by Dr Ratna putting me through this while she enjoys her holidays overseas because she forgot all about a patient suffering severe stress but then just added to that stress. I will be making a formal complaint to management to ensure she never ever treats a vulnerable patient like that again, and highly recommend anyone considering seeing Dr Ratna to choose any other Dr you can because she is extraordinarily unprofessional and will cause you harm instead of helping you.

Do not rate this clinic at all. Had a tele-appointment booked to discuss angiogram results and cardiologist never called. Called clinic at 3pm and the phone kept ringing out with no answer. Not what I would call professionalism.

Appointment made on-line over weekend for Monday with no issues. No option to describe what help was needed (syringing of ears to remove wax). At the appointment, it turned out that neither the doctor, nor the nurse on duty could syringe ears, so it was a waste of time. Was advised to rebook for the following day but as we were travelling, that wasn't suitable.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years as it’s close to home and always easy to get in, but they are consistently unreliable.If you want something in a hurry, don’t go here. Usually it requires 1-2 calls to remind them of something (like a referral) before they may actually action it.I think they know they are unprofessional and they have accepted that and as a patient you know that and you should only go there if it’s not life threatening but if you’re unsure how serious your condition is, don’t go here as it will take months to find out what’s happening (if you remember to call them to remind them).I’ve given them an extra star before they are fine with the super basic stuff.

Doctors are great, nurses and receptionists when there are fine. The problem is the mob" managing the practice always moving staff leaving the practice with no nurse. or no receptionist. Owners seem to have to many practices they need to get one right before expanding

AppallingFinished work early to take my mother to her appointment. No appointment noted. Even though I’d confirmed the appointment. Tried to call a total of 8 times. No answer and no voicemail???I drive there whilst on the phone and see the receptionist on the computer, ignoring the call.Asked for a call back that day since we’ve been inconvenienced but nothing. No cal from the doc even though we are waiting on important results.Should be ashamed of yourself and your clinicDisgustingPoor service. Unfriendly. Incompetent. Disorganised disaster

This place is fairly new and I can not recommend it. They are not very professional. The take appointments but don't try very hard to keep them with any punctuality. I waited any hour. The person before me was also there an hour and as she got up to ask the reception how much longer, saying that she would have to reschedule because she couldn't wait any longer -- out popped the doctor as if he had just been goofing off in a side-room.Also I don't think the doctor actually wrote anything in my file during my consultation. All up, it just didn't feel like a 'real doctor's clinic'. If you want bulk-billing there are plenty of better places to go.Updated 20/12/21Have to downgrade rating 2 star to 1 star. Still very long wait times. Unfortunate because we need good bulk billing clinics.

Supply your own masks. Making us have to go and pay for masks for a 5 minute visit, especially when they are not needed anywhere else anymore, is ridiculous. Be better. All the bulk billed doctors are the same, sloppy and unorganised and I'm disgusted. What is my tax money paying for?
