Don't waste your money or time.Had Beachside Plumbing come and do a full service of our heating unit in October. Now that winter is here it doesn't work.The unit is showing error codes and no hot air is coming out downstairs. It feels like the hot air is leaking into the floor and walls of the bedroom above.Called and asked for them to come check it out since it clearly wasn't done correctly 6 months ago and I'm told that we have to pay a new call out fee and for any work that needs to be done.

Wow - what a difference in service quality, transparency, presentation and follow up! IF beachside had asked for the same price as metropolitan (check THOSE reviews if you need a comparison!)- I would not have had a second thought! Absolute chalk and cheese experience! And a Brie at that!!Rob was amazing! He was on time, polite, clean and thorough in his work, informative and knowledgeable! There was an immediate feeling of trust and competence in his work from the moment he arrived, to when he departed. I am so grateful to beachside plumbing and to Rob. We feel like we truly got the “gold standard package” (quote from metropolitan for up sales) from this technician. It is a shame I can only offer 5 stars!

We have used Beachside Plumbing extensively this year. They did our bathroom/laundry renovation, storm water unblocking, toilet cistern replacement and colourbond roof replacement. All their staff have been polite, enthusiastic and professional. In such a large scope of work there are always some hiccups, but these have been dealt with in a very professional manner and to our full satisfaction. Great people to deal with and a shout out to Dean, Harrison, Andrew, Travis, Melanie and all the rest of the staff.

The lady who answered the phone was wonderful. The young boys Will and Jeremy who came here fixed the problem that other plumbers wanted to rip up my decking and knock bricks out to fix. These boys had no problem getting under the house and it was a tight squeeze but they did it. lovely polite boys couldn’t have been more helpful would use this company again very happy.Well done Will and Jeremy.

Called Beachside Plumbing to look at my gas ducted heating unit which they installed 5 years ago and got an appointment that same day. Ben the technician spent a bit of time diagnosing the problem and eventually discovered that a sensor wire was worn from contact with the metal cover. He fixed this promptly and the heater appears to be working perfectly now. These guys were a pleasure to deal with, provided a very professional service and am very happy they could get to the root cause of the heater failure first time. They were also very fair in that they covered the cost of repair as they had performed the original installation.

Thank you for making the installation of our replacement evaporative cooler a pleasant and no-nonsense experience. The communication from the office staff has been great, and the special changes I wanted around the cooler purchase were managed by you without issue.The two installers that came to site were on time and very professional in carrying out the work. The rubbish was cleared away and the yard was left exactly the state it was in before the work started.I could not be happier with the whole process.

Beachside plumbing were engaged via our realestate agent to repair a broken sewer pipe, luckily we did not go with them as we saved $8,560They said the pipe was 2.3 meters underground, it was only 1.4 meters and this is on video footage taken using radar and through the camera and locator and a tape measure!Very disappointed with the realestate agent for using tradesmen that charge like this.

We had one of their plumbers out about six months ago to deal with a dripping and sticking tap. He came out and, while I watched, removed the unit, ground the seat, put in a new washer and was out the door in five minutes. $210 thanks very much. The unit didn't leak anymore, but was still very stiff and, frankly, horrible to use. We've put up with it for six months. On the weekend I had some other taps which needed servicing. I watched a couple of short YouTubes, bought some washes, o-rings, grease and a seating tool from Bunnings and went to work. When I got to the sticking tap that these guys had serviced, I pulled out the spindle and saw it was covered in gunk. I cleaned it up with a rag and little screwdriver to get the stuck bits, put in a new o-ring and a little greese ... and it's perfect. What annoys me is that the guy that came did the bare minimum to stop it dripping. To do the job 'properly' and make the unit work as designed was literally about 90 seconds more work. What really annoyed me was when I pulled out the invoice, they'd listed that they'd done those things I mentioned.Not impressed at all.

Wanting to replace our gas cooktop I rang up the local Elwood plumber down the road. Two days later after receiving no responses to my phone calls or email I phoned Beachside Plumbing. Not only did I receive an immediate response, the plumber turned up on time and gave me an immediate estimate of the job. The job was completed to my satisfaction, the old cooktop was removed by him and I'm extremely happy with the new cooktop. Thoroughly recommended.

Initially I had a service of my ducted heating unit that was playing up, recommended by Brivis when I called about the fault.Approx. $300 for the service and things were working but was encouraged to buy a whole new unit because of it's age.Took their advice, booked in a day for them to come when I could be home from work (Thursday). Instead of checking the gas line first, the 2 guys disconnected our WORKING HEATER and THEN checked the gas line which they said had a slow, small leak. They explained they couldn't connect the new unit. That left us without heating and hot water - a real rookie error that stuffed us around. They said they couldn't find a leak, someone else will come tomorrow (Friday). They assured me they would come back to connect the heater straight after him that day.I took another day off work, waited for the specialist gas guy to come, find the small issue in 10 mins and then waited all afternoon for them to return but they didn't show. I called the office and was told they couldn't come until the next week (Monday).We had a freezing weekend, a lot of time taken off work, all could have been avoided if the plumbers were more experienced or professional.
