I love this shop. I have been there many times and they are always exceptional. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have gone out of their way to fit things in to my schedule. I rang the day before, enquiring about two cot mattresses ( for my two wolfhounds not babies ) the lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and polite.On my actual visit the same lady served me while also dealing with two other customers. She was once again polite, she remembered the phone call and quickly provided the goods requested while artfully still assisting the two other customers. The goods provided seem to be of excellent quality and are about 75% less than what I would pay for two dog beds of the same quality. Thank you

They claim they price match on their website however they don't. When purchasing a baby capsule my wife found it cheaper on line. The lady (who was lovely and professional) said they price match on line if it's in stocks and they add shipping. After adding shipping the difference in price was $15. She called up someone else before telling me they couldn't price match as their price was already on sale. For me, the $15 isn't worth waiting for the product so I purchased it anyway however I am surprised for a business $15 was worth risking losing a customer. My wife said she won't be returning.
