Moonbi Lookout
A very unique lookout with 360 views to see the valley and the horizon is wrapped by mountains. Must add in your bucket list whilst visiting Tamworth, NSW.

Awesome views over Tamworth and Moonbi. Nice Rock viewing platform and easily accessible in any vehicle.

Lovely lookout, camp area as well. We didn't stay but if we pulled in later afternoon definitely would have stayed. Good sealed road in. Old drop toilets. Large area for camping, nice and peaceful.

Beautiful place to stay overnight...As you can see the sunset was stunning. 600m off the Bruce hwy.

It's a great view from here and a great spot to stop. It has a toilet. Just watch the steps going up and hang on to the handrail just in case you slip.

It’s a nice vista for general viewing but there are equally good lookouts around the area. For photographers, it may be a bit underwhelming if there aren’t interesting weather conditions.

Great place to get views a d stay the night. A few steps to get to the top. Needs a bit of grading in the carpark.

Beautiful views over the moonbi valley. Must be able to climb steps to see the best views from the lookout which is perched on top of a large rock.

Free camping, nice big open parking area and very easy to get to off main road, just stop in for a few minutes or an overnight camp which I did.Lookout is a decent view and only a few flights of stairsToilets are basic dirty drop toilets and smell like what you'd expect a hole full of poor would smell like. No water onsite.
