I’ve used these guys for a long time. Always willing to help with any issues. Last week they sent technicians to fix an issue on a remote installation. It wasn’t urgent but their response was immediate regardless.

The experience with Techery was outstanding. Return call same day to enquiry, immediate appointment to quote on installation and terrific affordable solution provided. Customer Service from Nicole and Casey second to none. Installation Team of Reubens and Ryan was brilliant. They arrived on time, were incredibly polite, friendly and patient with support to explain everything. Sorted out difficult connection at our rural property. Even the dogs liked them !!! Nothing is too much trouble with Techery. Happy to talk to any prospective customers regarding our experience.

Absolutely nothing was a problem for the team at The Techery. Reuben managed to set up our phone system to convert our never ending business phone calls into direct engagement via the website instead. All without us lifting a finger... Which I used to do. At the phone. All the time.Definitely recommend them.

Can’t tell you how happy I am to get the internet to all corners of my property and especially the studio where I work in. This company knows everything about getting your wifi extended. If you have ever tried to go directly to a supplier you know what that experience is like. The Techery on the other hand were amazing, they made the entire process easy. No wait times in a queue. They communicated and got our services up and running within days, all while working within many constraints.I cant speak highly enough of everyone at the team and the service levels provided.

As we rely solely on Solar Power your unit uses only about 1/3 of the power used by our satellite.4. The little box on the roof is not an eye sore.5. The Techery are amazing! We have a property on a dirt road that's less than 1km from a sealed road where there are houses with fixed NBN connections but NBN would only offer us Satellite which is ridiculous. The Techery visited our site and did some tests with different technology to work out which would be best, and sent a proposal which was clear and easy to read. Even the terms and conditions of the plan are written in plain language, you can really tell the difference. The installation of the antenna went smoothly, the wifi access point looks futuristically cool and it's just been so wonderful having good easy internet now when we visit. No more hotspotting from our phones and kids getting annoyed when netflix would lag. Not to mention the monthly cost is fully reasonable, not excessive at all. This is the end of a journey of years but the Techery sorted us out real quick. We are very VERY grateful! Thank you!!!
