I needed my MacBook Pro 2015 A1398 repaired as it was giving me a few battery and charging problems. I left a message at Mac Zen for someone to get back to me. Duncan promptly got back to me and after I explained my Mac issues with him, he explained to me what he thought the issues were. I then organised a time to drop the laptop off to him. His diagnosis was correct. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did the job within a couple of days and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I contacted Duncan as I wanted some local support for issues with my Mac IOS update. Duncan was accomodating and flexible when making arrangements, as well as generous with his time and expertise. He was easy to deal with and communicated in a way that was easy for me to understand the issues, whilst giving me confidence they could be resolved. He was able to fix my laptop overnight and retuned the next day. Thanks for your help!

Duncan from MacZen has helped me out of 'situations' a couple of times ... there's nothing like freaking out because your beloved laptop is being weird and unresponsive and you can't remember the last time you backed up, and having someone calmly assure you everything will be OK. He gives great advice to help you avoid future mishaps, and understands that time is often of the essence. Top service, and I recommend the Day Spa revamp too!

Duncan was great to work with. After having an issue with my old hard drive, Duncan was great in recommending ways forward for my near on 10 year old Macbook pro. He provided options that were unbiased, and also recommended another company for data recovery when there was risk of causing further issues on my old hard drive. Duncan installed a new SSD and now the old Pro is running like new. Thanks again Duncan for your approach and honesty, highly recommended for anyone in the Melbourne area.

I've been having battery issues with my 2017 MacBook Pro for the last 6 months. After doing some Googling I came across Mac Zen & touched base with Duncan. After a conversation on the phone he sourced the right battery, and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. The replacement was done today in a short timeframe (as I needed my laptop for work).
