We saw the Preston falls I believe. Review all the comments here and try yourself to see the Delaney falls as well...

Easy waterfall to get to. Actually called Delaneys falls. Great after some rain and not too hard to get to the bottom either

Preston Falls
These falls are extremely accessible, well maintained with a spot to sit and enjoy the beauty and ambience of a stunning natural forest.Best viewed when not sunny or later in the afternoon (after around 4pm) as the sun is not on the falls to gain a better image. The view from the lookout is stunning, however if your willing to risk a walk to the bottom of the falls (it is not recommended nor maintained as a walk) another view is possible.Well worth a visit.

Picturesque Preston Falls in Tasmania is a short distance away from the road. There is limited parking on the side of the road. Stairs lead down to the creek. The viewing platform is close by. There is a somewhat hidden picnic table in the area.

Preston Falls are accessed from the parking area which is signed after their name.Someone has to say this - may as well be me.The signage and infrastructure for Preston Falls" is actually at the location of and about Delaneys falls on Raymond Road which is a beautiful 25M or so drop.Preston falls is accessed from a path beside the bridge at the top of Delaneys falls (left hand side of creek as you look upstream from on the bridge). The walk to Preston Falls is no more than 10 minutes each way from the bridge and unless it is mid summer is likely to be muddy and slippery"

Its worth going slightly out of your way to get to this beautiful waterfall. Very easy walk from the car park.

Preston Falls
Note that many sources will confuse Upper Preston, Preston and Delaney Falls.Delaneys falls are the furthest downstream, a 25m drop within short walking distance from the road with a strategic lookout. Delaneys is currently incorrectly signed as Preston falls.Preston falls can be accessed from the bridge that leads to Delaney. heading upstream, walk along the left side of the bridge until you reach a stunning set of stepped falls. This is not an established path and be warned that in summer, can be very overgrown with blackberries. It is advised to wear gumboots for this walk - especially after a spell of wet weather, it will be significantly slippery, muddy, and most times you will be wading through a couple of inches of water. Be cautious of snakes/leeches etc.Upper Preston Falls cannot be accessed by simply walking further upstream.Note first two images of falls were taken in July 2021 after significant rain enough to flatten the grass etc, final image taken in Feb 2022, blackberries made viewing of the falls any closer near impossible, grass was chest height and no visible path could be established for majority of the way.Took approx. 20 min each way. Could be done faster if there is a visible path from others before.
