Took my blunt knives here and they came back like they were brand new! Razor sharp.I will definitely be using Ace of Blades again and again to keep my knives tip top. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I can't overstate how fantastic our knives are after taking them to Gorm. We're a household that loves to cook, and have good quality knives that have been sharpened over the years, but Gorm's work is hands down impressive. They are an absolute pleasure to use. Gorm is a true expert of his trade, and a hell of a nice bloke to boot. His prices are excellent as a bonus. Massive recommendation! Thanks mate!

Gorm has done an outstanding job in restoring my kitchen knives and sharpening them to a level above where they have ever been. I'll be returning soon with the remainder of my working set to have them all brought up to premium sharpness! And he finished the work even earlier than originally estimated. Couldn't be happier with the result. I won't even mention how reasonably priced he is for his work to boot.

Amazing service, and excellent price, Gorm is a true professional and with incredible service. I took all my chefs knives to him and they came back completely as new and even sharper. I will definitely be using Gorm from now on.

Gorm is a true master of the craft. He takes the time to inspect the knives and gives you an honest evaluation of cost involved for either a sharpening or restoration if necessary.He remains true to price and gets the job done quickly and very effectively and shows you the final product to make sure you're happy with his work.As a chef I rely on sharp knives and edges that I can rely on for extended periods and Gorm has delivered. My knives will not be sharpened by anybody else but him. 10/10.

Ace of Blades - Knife Sharpening
Gorm has done an amazing job of putting life back into my working tools (axe and machete) and a variety of knives (utility, survival/tactical and every day carry). Working tools were pitted and very sad but now they look & feel brilliant. I can't wait for next camp trip to test out the finely worked edges. Great service and communication. A true professional.
