Bought a Mac hdmi adaptor plug. Stopped working within couple of months. Only used once a week. Staff refuse to test it and won’t replace or help. Was just under $40! Which by no means is a “cheap” product.Very disappointed after buying my phone covers and chargers from here over the last 3yrs . Definitely will never give them my business again.

Buyers beware: don’t be mislead like I, and many others, have been by these *very fake* reviews (it’s grossly obvious how these are not genuine). Bought a charger here and it broke two weeks later. And don’t expect them to take back a broken product because of their horrific return policy.

Staff were knowledgeable and efficient.However I repaired my phone screen at this store, after picking my phone up I realised the new screen was not fixed to the top of the phone properly and could be lifted out.I returned to the store where they attempted to press down on it to fix it.I was handed back the phone in the same condition, thinking it was fine I accepted it.3 weeks later my phone screen does not function and due to a (new) crack in the top of the screen (due to it not being attached properly) I was told it was not covered under warranty.I was offered 20% off a new repair, however I was not interested in paying $530 in total for a screen repair.TL;DR you're better off buying a new phone then having it repaired here

Inquried over their homepage for a quote regarding the repair of my laptop. They got back to me over SMS pretty quickly asking me about the exact model which I told them. Now over three weeks later, I still have no quote. Even though I asked two times if there are any news. Seems like they do not want to earn money...

Bloke was really nice but ever since I got my phone back1. The Apple Pay isn't working which was 100% working before2. There are dead spots on the phone which make it nearly impossible to type a message and the screen keeps glitching out to the point where ive had to go and buy a whole new phone
