Customer service is very rude and arrogant. Over charged, non responsive. misleading information to lock in sale then hidden fees and charges. Going by the other reviews on Facebook this is common practice.

Went to purchase online. Added all items to cart, total ~$350. All good so far.Then find out there's an additional $33 charge to collect the items!What a rort, I'll shop elsewhere.Update: To answer the owner's response - an additional charge for picking up the purchased items which is added at the end of the checkout process is not what I would consider reasonable.Is there a collection charge if I shop in-store? It would take more time for your staff to assist me in store than it would to pick an order.I found the products I needed elsewhere anyway, so thanks for your reply.
