I recently had solar panels installed. They came on the day and I was pleased with the installation. The problems after installation when it comes time to connect the house to the grid.I am still awaiting an EWR from them to enable Ergon to connect to the grid. This has been going on for a month and a half with Roy avoiding my calls.This brings into doubt that I will receive any after sales service from this company. Hope nothing goes wrong.Avoid this company as they install and then run having got your money.

Roy and his team did a fantastic job. As I knew little about solar, and there are so many installers out there I got 8 quotes and educated myself.Some were ok, some simply unloading old stock (panels and inverters) whilst trying to tell you they are the best option, some of these were well known companies too . . .You need to do your research and educate yourself.I found Quality Solar to be very good from the beginning and throughout the process.Installation by Daniel was very professional.Roy came out and personally ran me through the Inverter and system so that I could track the system output and performance.I highly recommend Quality Solar, professional and diligent.

When I did a comparison search QUALITY SOLAR ticked all the boxes so I requested a quote from 3 companies and on the same day James called and made an appointment. I had made a list of questions all research listed were key to selecting a solar panel company and installer. James answered all the questions without me even having to ask. Something that made my decision easy was that he explained everything with pictures and backed up with real-time evidence. I was contacted by another company who did everything online. While this may be good for some, I felt it was so impersonal and was not given as much detail. I had a number of questions and simply contacted James who either answered straight away or got back in a timely manner and was so patient and helpful. The guys who installed the panels were efficient and even showed me how to work my app. I have nothing but high praise the people I dealt with a QS and do not hesitate to recommend this company.
