Was a good site to go through for my course, took me longer then expected to finish but they was understanding and gave me the time I needed. Would highly recommend alffie for courses they have available.

Studying through, Alffie, is great! Love how it is all set out and easy to navigate. And the support team is always there to help. Definitely would recommend there courses.

The course itself was great, well presented and easy to digest as someone who struggles with reading a lot of text. However I never received my certificate after completing the course in May 2021. Tried contacting them in regards to it but haven't heard back.

A shame and disappointing that one of their work placement assessors K doesn't put themself in someone else's shoes and show empathy and sensitivity (without judgement, ignorance and poor humour) when dealing with a student's reasonable and valid enquiry and concerns about requirements and details for the work placement workbook or portfolio.Quite condescending too. It's strange that a consultant claims they will put your contract together, however you have to follow up with a colleague of theirs late in the day, after waiting and checking (by logging into your Alffie account on their website) who ends up doing it instead at the last minute, to get it done. It's not a good situation, when a placement is scheduled to start the next business day. Honour your words and do as you say you will do. It leaves a poor impression and could have consequences.

The course content was varied and extensive, certainly achievable to all regardless of varying levels of prior experience and or training. The team working the phones at Alffie have been amazing and are always encouraging and willing to help, DO NOT hesitate to call these guys!! A big thank you to the team for putting up with me and offering the level of support they do =)

I just completed my Certificate III in Business with Alffie. Overall, I found the course to be educational, satisfying and enjoyable. The staff were always able to help me with any issues with my course over the phone. I had to answer questions about how I would react to hypothetical situations in the workplace, which is good because it gives it a practical element (as practical as it can be when it's 100% online anyway). Thanks Alffie.

Absolutely beyond a scam. copy paste your way through any of these courses with little to no information retained. And watch as employers laugh away your accomplishments. Worthless. do NOT waste your time. EDIT- I learned more on a leap frog tablet as a kid, genuinely a sad excuse for education.

I just started a certificate III with there cleaning course and i already want out of there incomprehensible course.They should design the course for people who are interested in cleaning it's more of a administration course.

It has been an absolute pleasure meeting and working with the team from Alffie. Their CEO even does morning 6 am morning boot camps with his staff! I mean come on, how many CEOs out there are that dedicated to the well-being of their staff. And this is probably why all the staff there have huge smiles on their faces and love their jobs.They are the most positive, committed and hard working folks out there. They really do have a passion about helping people through education and do all they can to make sure that they deliver high standard courses. I highly recommend all to use this company for their education! You won't regret it.
