Very Happy with the progress so far.. went to another clinic and came out with massive blisters with minimal results. After my 1st session here i didn't have any swelling as they use a second laser to reduce swelling and blisters and the Results were at least 3x quicker than the previous clinic i went to in Rozelle. HIGHLY Recommended the girls were great to deal with also

The staff were really easy to deal with and very accommodating as I was really nervous for my first session. The treatment room was very clean and they were really professional. I've now had my third session and can see very distinctive results as my tattoo was a solid black colour to now being a light grey. Definitely recommend to anyone as the pain was n't as bad as I thought it'd be.

I have had 5-6 sessions now, and I couldn't be happier with the treatments, results and price. The staff knows what they’re doing and always tell me what to expect during and after each session.The pain isn’t too bad, feels very similar to laser hair removal and the treatment is quick.

I was very nervous for my initial consultation and unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. I was in the chair with a laser ready to go before Jade had even told me about how many sessions treatment would take, side effects and literally any other disclaimers. In her defence I was running 10 mins late which is completely my own fault, but a discussion prior to treatment is really important. She wasn’t very friendly or understanding when I needed a few breaks during the treatment due to the pain. It’s the first day after treatment and I still haven’t received any recommendations on after care either via email. I’m really hoping she was perhaps just having a bad day as I have more sessions booked. Other than that, the place looked very professional and very clean. Beautifully designed.

Booked an appointment on Saturday morning. When i got there, door was locked. No one answered the bell. I called no one picked up. I waited outside for 30mins. Still no one came. If you guys don’t open on Saturday why did you booked me in? Why don’t you update your google business hours? I have prepaid sessions here, now I really hope they will be refunded. Terrible services.

This place is amazing - 5 STARS I wish I could rate 10 stars! Staff are so helpful and make you feel comfortable - also the cleanest tattoo removal clinic I've ever seen!I have had about 4 sessions now and every single one of them I have had great experiences! Can't wait to finish it off :-) definitely recommend this place

I've had two sessions with Jade and I am very happy with the results so far. The tattoos have faded so much after two sessions. Jade is very knowledge and realistic. Highly recommend Jade and Tattoo removal institute. Also very reasonably priced. I am looking forward to completing my treatments.

Absolutely love this place! It's my first time getting a tattoo lasered off but they made me feel so comfortable. They explained the process to me in detail and were so nice during the actual lasering process that I felt at ease. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo laser removal :)

I felt compelled to do this review. I honestly cannot speak highly enough if these beautiful girls that run this business, with a very special mention to Carmen, girl I love you to bits. I have had several sessions with this business & not only are they pure professionals but they are the nicest girls, every single one of them. There is not a bad word I can say. They take such good care of me & are successfully eliminating a horrendous tattoo that I have. Don’t even think about it, go to this business, you will never look back.
