Disgraceful all my items were picked through by the three men that had access to my property they basically went shopping stole what they wanted Christmas gifts for my dogs ,car items leather car seat ,jewerlly my packing blankets which I was told they would be returned .all my furniture was scratched,and white goods ,wrought iron hand crafted bed .tools were taken even special documents and xrays are gone .you won't know until you start unpacking items what is missing never been so upset in my lifetime.dont use them you will loose to many items .not trustworthy at all ,some of my personal items can not be replaced no matter how much money you have .Can not express enough don't use this removalists.

I used Andersons to remove my furniture from Melbourne to the country. They arrived on time. Ward and his young offsider were efficient and very helpful and courteous while there. The delivery was 4 hours away. Mal and Bart arrived early in the day and they were helpful and courteous and efficient. Much appreciated everyone. Regards John Burnell.

These guys were truly fantastic. They worked their tails off and honestly couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Not a scratch on anything and we have external and internal stairs to negotiate. Nothing was too much trouble. They made what could have been a very stressful 2 days go as smoothly as it possibly could.

Do not use this company.We used Andersons for a move from Frankston to MULWALA .We were quoted they pick up from Frankston on the Monday morning and deliver to MULWALA on the Tuesday morning. Meaning the guys were to travel on the Monday and deliver Tuesday so they would be less tired. Good idea we thought.Three guys arrived at the allotted time on the Monday , great. We had packed everything with bubble wrap and marked boxes which were fragile.It seemed all they were interested in was getting the truck loaded and getting back to the depot. Timing themselves continually .On loading the truck they said they would leave Langwarrin at 5:00 in the morning to be in MULWALA by 9:00. They arrived on time.Again all they wanted was to get the truck unloaded and get back Melbourne ,timing themselves again. I can understand as it was going to be hot ,but basically no care was taken.A couple of examples, a coffee table had a huge gouge taken out of it, obviously not protected adequately by moving blankets etc. And a carton labelled “good dinner set - FRAGILE” stacked upside down.Yes these guys get the job done, but all they care about is time.How could anyone who has obviousy been up since the early hours and traveled more than four hours and were so keen to get back to the depot do a half decent job.The coffee table was beyond repair and when shown to the movers their only comment was “I’ll have to see how that happened; no sorry, anything.To sum up do not use these guys as they are in a rush and not take care. Only one star as they were in time at both ends.

Very good company to deal with. Staff were friendly and helpful. Andersons packed and moved my mothers entire house worth of goods from Lakes Entrance to Melbourne. Showed up on time, did a great job and delivered on time with not a single item broken or damaged. Great job Andersons! Better pricing than Melbourne based removal teams. I would certainly use again and happy to recommend.

Can not recommend Anderson’s Removalist highly enough they were fantastic to deal with nothing was to much trouble our move to Echuca went very smooth so Thankyou to everyone involved

We had occasion to use Anderson Removalist's in our move from NSW to Rosebud, Victoria. They picked our belongings on the 12th December 2017 and delivered the next day to Rosebud. Our settlement had been delayed due to conveyancing incompetence, the boys had arrived at 12pm our settlement was set back to 3pm on a 35degree day. Our removalist's Chris and Joe never complained and in fact stayed with us in the heat making sure that we were stowed away safely..I cannot begin to tell you how much of a huge relief they were in an otherwise completely chaotic day.

Had Anderson's pickup from our storage and deliver to our new house today, what a great experience, top blokes , top care taken, nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend.
