I ordered and paid for two 5kg boxes of Petrite Dog Biscuits!No product has arrived!I’ve called the number and it’s disconnected.I’ve sent 6 emails and been ignored.Obviously gone bad and are now just taking peoples money.BEWARE!!

I ordered and paid for a product they advertised as available. 16 days later, and multiple emails, fb message and online query, I've been totally ignored, the phone No. they provide of FB page is disconnected. This is a sham, and I'll be making a formal complaint with Fair Trading to get my money back

Absolutely awesome! Went above and beyond to get product to me in these challenging times - refunded postage for the delay and sent another product in the hopes it would reach me sooner than the delayed one...told me to keep both when they arrived! But best of all, they were prompt and personable in their responses; felt like I was being dealt with as a valued customer and person and that the needs of my pets were a priority as well!!! Will definitely, definitely shop with them again!

I bought the MOG and BONE cat dish in cool grey. The colour was exactly as shown in the photos and the bowls were very well made with good quality materials. I am very pleased with my purchase. Care was taken in sending them out as they were package for a safe journey. Will gladly buy from these guys again!
