Person at the cash register had no personality and didn’t seem to know what to do. She also made our milkshakes which ended up having black water on the cup, hairs, and some white mush. Tables were filthy and none of them seemed to care. Only one out of the three people working there seemed competent. Apparently they don’t serve coffee now too. They should be required to wash their hands.

Went there May 18th 2022. Customer service is trash considering there was only 1 customer waiting for milkshakes before me. Waited 5 minutes to be served as the workers just ignored the counter. The girl who did serve me (black long hair, glasses) had no personality, manners or energy. She seemed as if she didn’t want to be there.

This was my first and last visit. You had two staff members more interested in talking than serving (eventually I was served). The girl who served me had no idea of your end of day offer despite the sign and tried to tell me that it only applies to cinnamon donuts despite the sign clearly saying 8 cinnamon or 4 iced and then she removed all of the chocolates they came with before bagging them! You need to get competent staff.

15 mins after opening time.. still need another 10 mins before they open.. very annoying. The girl was nice though and gave me some extras.

Went on Tuesday with my 3 year old to get some doughnuts. Being 3, he can be a bit indecisive, so changed his mind a few times.The lovely girl that served us was so patient and friendly.Thank you for such wonderful customer service.We will definitely be returning.

Love my malted milk shakes but the staff need training to make them. Had a few now that have not even had the ice cream added so milk was hot. Put malt in first so gets stuck to bottom and doesn't blend. Not nice. Need management training

My partner and I just bought some donuts from here, and they were delicious as always, but I’m leaving the review as the young girls were so lovely and cheerful even though they were closing and we ordered later in the day. Thanks girls you were amazing, hope you get the credit you deserve from the higher ups. (10/09/22 3:45pm)
