Saw two roaches crawling on the vanities, the girls made me feel uncomfortable and I heard them saying disgusting things about each other and while my hair was getting done and I had an included hair trim and they didn’t even give it too me. Very unprofessional and definitely won’t be back.

I was told it would cost extra $10 to cut my fringe . Ended up double the $20 stated on their listed price on board outside. This was for short hair to be cut extra 2cm. Used to be good, but won't go back didn't look any different to when I went in

Very happy with my results today. They coloured my grey regrowth and blow dryed my hair. Very affordable

my mum went to get brown foils and blonde hair dye first part of experience mum had a chemical burn on her scalp after they washed the bleach out they went to do brown hair dye and blonde foils and mum discovered that you can't apply hair dye or foils after because your meant to let it heal after washing the bleach out.

Very happy with the service staff are always friendly and the prices are so reasonable I can go more often... Can't fault them

Arrived at 11:45. Sat there for 40 minutes until I even got a cape put on me. Sat there with root dye for over the time it should have. 2hours later it was finally rinsed. Had shampoo in my eyes, the hairdresser complained and made faces cause she had to breathe the dye chemicals. Made me super uncomfortable. After a full brown colour took just over two hours I decided to leave. The hairdresser handed me a towel to dry my own hair. Still charged me $45. If it wasn’t for my social anxiety I wouldn’t have paid a cent and would really like my money back. Walked into another hairdresser and had to rinse properly and get a blow dry there
