this company is a disaster. Instead of sending an invoice/electronic form to keep up with the times, I was requested to provide my card details for a deposit over the phone. I proceeded to give my card details however the administration made a clerical error and keyed in the wrong details, resulting in my booking to be cancelled after I was sent a booking confirmation. It wasn’t until a full day later that I was told the next booing date is a WEEK later and they couldn’t do anything about it. Instead of the admin accepting that it was a clerical error the feedback I received over the phone was “I know it’s frustrating” from a “Lilly”. This has totally disrupted my interstate move and had to source a different company in which delays multiple business meetings I had in place including a wedding.Please stay FAR AWAY from this company as they have no consideration for their clients at all and need to keep up with modern times on how to invoice people to avoid considerable issues, as I can see I’m not the only one who has has a negative experience with this company.0/10 would NOT recommend.

They arrived 2.5 hours late, which made the entire move traumatic and a disaster!. Moved a few of my boxes to my ex husband's house instead of mine. They wanted $2000 insurance, so I did not take any. I could not claim for the lost goods. They refused to return my calls. It was horrendous!

Extremely upset with the service we have paid for. I am not usually one to complain or write a review but when you pay for a removal company to move your most prized processions across the state you expect you items to be delivered in one piece. We also paid for insurance as a worst case scenario which turns out is pointless. We have called the company asking for compensation for the damaged items and they refuse to take responsibility or compensate us. They won't even refund us the amount of money we paid for this insurance.If you choose to go with this company expect around $1,000 worth of damages and definitely DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE. They will not compensate you for anything.

great experience. Move from Melbourne to Perth. On time, no fuss, well packed,everything arrived safely and on time...and in the middle of covid lockdowns...good job. Staff both ends were polite, hard working and extra helpful.

This company deserves not even 1 star why pay insurance if you do not replace the things you broke in moving my dad's stuff so very disappointed taking advantage of a person who is on a pension with a disabilityDisgusting
