Tangled Hair & Beauty Bowral phoned me 1.5 hours before my appointment, which I had made in the winter of 2016, to tell me that they had double booked me and that they had a wedding party to do.I had traveled from interstate and I was a guest at the same wedding.On the plus side, they got an appointment for me at another hairdresser.I have a spinal disability. The two flights of stairs at the replacement hairdresser were a very slow and painful experience and I have promised to send Tangled my physio bill. Hopefully the staff of Tangled may learn that customers should never be shunted aside when the pressure is on.

The girls at Tangled are without question the best hairdressers I have ever been to. I have had a multitude of hair colours and styles over the years, and through it all Tangled has provided my hair and I premium care with unmatched results, and my hair is healthier now than it has ever been. Aside from their outstanding hair care, the girls themselves are very welcoming and friendly and each of the salons has a wonderful, enjoyable atmosphere. Their service and professionalism is second to none. I cannot recommend Tangled highly enough.

I like a salon where you are the client not just a customer. I was welcomed and felt welcome. The service was amazing and I walked out the happiest I had been in a long time after a hairdresser visit.

I had my hair washed, blow-dried and curled by Jade for a wedding. Jade was lovely and incredibly fast considering that my mane is super thick. I was very happy with the result particularly at $45 all up. Great value for money!(Bonus points for the massage chair at the wash station).

Great service wonderful job. Turned me from dowdy hair to refreshed and fabulous hair. Great colour and cut and the scalp massage in between soothing. Well done lovely ladies a perfect team produced a perfect result for a very reasonable price. Here is one happy customer. Thank you
