Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk | Parks and forests | Department of Environment and Science, Queensland | Warm subtropical rainforest, tall open eucalypt forest and picturesque waterfalls in secluded areas of the Blackall Range feature on this 58.8km, four day walk, with three bush camp sites. Day visitors can access short half-day and full-day walks within the Great Walk route.

Lovely walk. Unfortunately the bridge is out making it hard for anyone with mobility issues. Once around that though, it's a lovely walk down to the creek.

About 500m relatively easy walk to the creek. Few big steps along the way. The creek itself is a bit underwhelming.

Stunning location. The 500m walk down to Obi Obi creek requires care. Navigating the creek also, lots of rock hopping. Those prepared to get their feet wet will be rewarded. Remote location. Be prepared.

We called in at Obi Obi Creek on the hike up to Baroon Lookout, this looked like one awesome spot for a swim if the weather had been a little warmer.Definitely worth a look at if in the area.

Pretty much a short side walk to warm up for the Great Walk.About 500m from the entrance, the distance is not too long but quite steep, there is a stair at the end that leads to the gorge but you will have to navigate the way to the stream.It is a small stream, quite anti climax when I got there to be honest. If you navigate a bit further you can spot the stream going to a big cave but there was no path any further for a better view. Not recommended to try off the road if you're not experienced.
