Our service man was prompt, efficient and friendly. He tidied up after the job was finished an our air conditioner and heater are both working extremely well.

Waiting on the phone which kept hanging up on me was quite frustrating. Took some time to finally get through on the phone but once i spoke to someone my problem was all sorted within less than 24 hours. I have my doubts about the reliability of the controller. It had failed in less than 2 years. They replaced it but how long will this one last?

Easy to book and quick turnaround to come and service the heating unit. Great experience all round even in the middle of winter the job was done quickly.

Reception staff were very friendly. The technician / inspector was very polite and happy. He explained everything, and gave good advice. He loves his job and it shows!

I was ready to request the installer change the brand of heating after a fault 5mths in to a brand new machine. However I’m very happy with the service we received specifically from our technician Long Tam. Bonaire if you’re reading this you should do something to thank Long for being the type of employee who creates your business.He was extremely helpful, generous and very friendly. Our issue was the installer (plumbfirst) were lazy and didn’t put the thermostat wiring in conduit so a rodent chewed through the wire. Long fixed this for free even though it wasn’t a warranty issue. He also was cutting his own personal machinery conduit to put on our system !!! Very generous

The tradesman came, changed a piece of equipment and left it running. No testing to restart as the wifi is not connecting between external blue box and internal control. Left without paperwork, I don't know who this person was because no documentation was given. Atrocious service as they don't fix installer's bad work!the little blue box is not waterproof and needs to be under a protected space and not in the middle of the wall to get all the rain!.Once turned off the problem continued, been a weekend had to freeze in my own home. Bonnaire installer did a terrible job and against protocols. Now every brand of heater has a central call centre with this kind of service or mistreatment to customers.

Was very impressed with the customer service for Bonaire from the initial call out request to the actual service repair of my heating unit. The very delightful Liam attended my property. I was greeted with a huge friendly smile. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. I’m feeling very confident with the unit and the support from Bonaire.

Far too expensive call out fee. $375.00I ordered, because I need service quickly.But others charge $175.00.There is no way a call out would cost them $375. It is exorbitantPayable in advance!!I would never recommend this company.

Stay away from them. They are shifty. They will take your money for booking an appointment and they will come to you and not do anything. One service technician came to my house he only had a look at the system for 10 min and he told me that he can’t fix it. I advised him that when I booked the appointment I have advised your company about the problem with my system and your company said yes we will fix it . They will just want to get your booking fee and not fix your problem.

Fantastic service! I had great difficulty making time available to meet the technician. Nadine from the bookings office was amazing! Arranged for the tech to collect keys and carry out the work in my absence, just in time for a bitter 2°C night! What a relief! 10/10, would heartily recommend!
