We had trouble with our LG Fridge freezer and l called Kay and he explained how to defrost the freezer..called back after freezer did same thing at 7.15am and he said he would be out to look at it at lunch and arrived at time stated Great service and a very helpful and pleasant man..

Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and good price. Definitely recommend this service. I was very impressed with knowledge on fridges. I now feel like an expert after the very clear and concise education given about the issue with my fridge.

My fridge broke and I lost all my food in a bad storm and I was struggling to find someone to repair it for two days. Kay was the only repair man that got back to me and he was nice enough to come out that afternoon and fix it for me. He was very professional and happily answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job and I 100% recommend him.

I can highly recommend Kay from APEX Applance, he did help us just before Christmas and saved the fridge freezer plus content and came and built in the broken part on Christmas Eve. We are very happy with his work , he explained everything so well, we will use Kay's outstanding service again.

We had Kay out to look at our leaking dishwasher. He was able to come the day I phoned and diagnosed the problem. Was very helpful. Would highly recommend and he will be the first person we call next time we have issues.

Very good service and results for a fair price. I found APEX to be extremely helpful with repair of my fridge that had a fault over the Xmas period. Kay visited, explained what it could be and why, then worked in with my availability to complete the repair at 6pm. He had it fixed in no time and even was able to fix my faulty microwave whilst there given I had the part. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

I called Kay as I was having issues with my freezer icing up. He arrived on time & got straight to work, quickly diagnosing the issue, it was in fact a simple fix I could do myself, which he explained how I could do this. He could’ve easily charged me & done the job himself, but didn’t. This kind of great old fashioned service is rare nowadays, & I cannot recommend using him enough.

My De Longhi dishwasher stopped and displayed E4 on the LCD, I called one company who kindly took my details and put me on a waiting list.I then called APEX Appliances and spoke to Kay, who was amazing, he was so helpful, he searched the model number, explained the availability of parts if needed, then advised how to remove the water from the machine and explained the outcome of what to expect. The amount of time and patience Kay, spent helping me on the phone was extremely rare and very much appreciated on my end of the phone. I was elated to find the dishwasher working again after following Kay's easy to understand directions, and have no hesitation to refer Kay's business.Thank you again Kay.

My washing machine kept going off balance which was very frustrating! I called APEX and spoke to Kay, he was very professional and was able to give an indication on what the problem might be and an estimate on cost. He attended my home unsupervised and confirmed his diagnosis. He ordered the required part and came to fit it, calling me before and after he was finished. I found him to be friendly, professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I would recommend Kay to anyone.

Great service provided by Kay from Apex Appliance & Electrical today. Phoned at 2pm and he arrived at my place by 3pm and fault diagnosed quickly. He had a range of parts that would have suited our repair but our refrigerator is a bit different. No problems though, the parts were sourced and ordered and are now on their way.Thanks Kay!I can certainly recommend this local company for your small appliance repairs.Darryl
