Staff very helpful. Well laid out store. Looked online for what I wanted and went into store to buy it. Staff looked it up and found what I wanted. Store had clean and wide walkways, wheelchair friendly.Parking is very easy and disabled friendly too and an abundance of parking spots.

I wanted to give 3.75 stars. Really nice range but can be a little pricey - guess its comparable to other premium retailers. Can get busy on weekends. Hate that most furniture stores you can't just see something, pay for it and take it home (unless it's floor clearence). Usually have to wait to get it shipped but i found this very speedy with only two days.

Well have just had my entertainment unit delivered they didn't even put the handles on. I have been waiting for months for my package finally got the last piece today !!!ask me if I'm happy ??? Ha excuses service all amazingly POOR .Now I need to find a screw driver to finish this off..And yes I can do it ..But they want a 5 star rating in writing before they leave for their service, and not do there job ..poor shabby disappointed .something I have never had to deal with before in buying thousands of dollars in furnitire.question is it booval store or early settlers over all ???

I visited Early Settler Booval today. The staff are wonderful. Not pushy but let me know they are available. Friendly yet professional, pleasant and courteous. They always go the extra mile. Lily and Rachel made my shopping experience an easy and happy one. All staff are great.

Twice I have entered your store. Today will be the very last time I will bother. There were three staff members. One on the phone trying to placate a complaining customer, the two in and out laughing and talking. We were solidly ignored. We wandered around, still ignored. Left the shop. The meaning of customer service is lost in this place.

Ordered 2 chest of drawer like a month ago, paid over 2K for them straight away, finally confirmation came in Wednesday and agreed on Friday delivery, asked not to come to early but at the end the furniture didn't come at all and we wasted a day waiting for it, called the store and waited a call back over 20 minutes later saying that they haven't booked it in, very poorly organized, would think twice to buy again in the future, not very happy

Visited Early Settler Booval today. 2 staff at counter and no other customer in the store, didn’t even get a hello or looked at as we walked around. So I can definitely agree that they aren’t pushy.
