I requested a quote for some work on upgrading our air conditioning. Initially Geoff was very responsive however when he came out he only had a superficial look and simply failed to understand the issues. He promised to come back with a quote within one week - six weeks on and I have yet to hear from him! He has not responded to follow up emails or calls. I would not recommend him.
