Most reliable and honest mechanics I’ve ever used and would never bother going anywhere else. Their specialist knowledge on Mercedes Benz is better than a Mercedes Benz dealer themselves. Friendly trustworthy team with great customer service.

Great service from Eamon and the team. Had a issue with a coil pack on a Friday made the call to prestige 2hrs later I was back on the road. Eamon even had the time to show me how to diagnose this issue if it was to happen again. Service doesn't get any better.

Took my BMW to Berwick Prestige to get the transmission pan replaced as well as do a full gearbox service. Absolutely stellar work carried out by a professional and friendly team. Car has been running like new since.
