The truth is that I do not recommend them at all, I am new to Australia and I was looking for a place near my house that spoke Spanish, but from the first call, super bad service, when you ask about something in particular about the car, they treat you as if you were totally ignorant , I asked what oil they put in and they answered me: well, it's not cooking oil, they only asked about the type of oil, which I am fully entitled to as a customer, they charge without asking, 200 dollars had been quoted and we ended up paying 330 dollars. the problem is not money but that they do not ask you to accept. I spoke to them by phone later to ask for clarification of the bill and I left insulted, terrible service. After it happened to me, I was inquiring if I was the only one and I was surprised that there are several Colombians that happened to them. They were going for something simple and ended up paying $1,000 more. It is logical that we are not in Colombia and it is good that they charge for their work but first ask and do not abuse too much. They want to charge for everything. Each one speaks from his experience and that was mine.

Affable and professional service. They were really thorough with our car and took care of everything that needed to be done in a promptly manner while not recommending any unnecessary part replacements. As a plus, any Spanish speaker will find it handy that they speak their tongue. 100% recommended.

I really had a bad experience in this place, I brought my car to do the roadworthy and I had to change the front lower control arm and 2 tires. I bought the spare parts second hand but they were practically new, in perfect condition. but they did not even want to check the spare parts, the answer they gave me was that you could only use spare parts that they themselves obtained, that is, they forced you to buy the spare parts that they sell you at high prices, when their job is mechanics, not the business of resale of spare parts. finally I had to pick up the car and I paid practically the value of the roadworthy without obtaining this because if I wanted to have the roadworthy I had to pay super high prices. It is not possible that they want to force you to buy the most expensive brands and with super expensive service prices, they can recommend using certain brands, but you cannot force you to use the parts that you sell at high prices, I only request the roadworthy service , and as in the other places where I have obtained more than 15 rwc, they give me the option of taking the vehicle to be fixed wherever I want and then bring it for a new inspection. that is their job simply to inspect if the vehicle complies with the requirements but not to do business with the sale of its spare parts, I felt cheated paying for nothing.
