This pharmacy is great and gets very busy. I was served by a really helpful lady (I think her name was Tilly). She was super helpful and gave me some great advice and gave me options for different medications A++

Wow talk about ride when they think no one is looking!!!Medical cannabis has an automatic mark up of $20 plus EVERY SCRIPT!Staff don’t like being challenged by customers, pharmacist think they can belittle you with discriminatory remarks!I watched them be ride to an elderly gentlemen lady tone I went in and then watched counter staff laugh at him on his way out!!Good service when people are looking!

A great pharmacy. Staff are so warm and friendly, and they even matched Chemist Warehouses prices which I thought was wonderful. The store itself is well laid out, plenty of space in the aisles, with products that you simply cannot find anywhere else. There is an emphasis on natural healing and well-being which I simply cannot find at any other pharmacy. Vinnie the pharmacist is always lovely to everyone and there is a sense of community here. I love this pharmacy and it has become my regular!

Great shop, just don't rock up close to closing, they shut the doors and will even come out to tell you they are closed before closing time.

The pharmacist sells expired epiphen. I told this guy that he has a duty of care not to sell expired items to which he did not seemed concerned at all. I returned the product and had to go to a different pharmacy. It should not be the responsibility of the person buying to check the expiry date

Double charged for a script one month later. Then denied a refund after producing the transaction in my bank account that clearly showed I had indeed paid for the script. Told me that they needed evidence on their system that I had paid. One hour and an half later, still unable to find my transaction even after I told them the date and exact items purchased, they said they needed to investigate further and would call me back this afternoon. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am still waiting on a call back and my refund.Since I can’t reply to the response from the owner. My story has never changed. I was informed by your staff that I did not pay for my last script. I then showed them my bank statement to which they replied they would need to speak to management. They came back and advised that they could not refund me until they found evidence in your system that I had paid. It is not my fault that you records mysteriously vanished and you could not find a record of my sale. This is probably why your system showed that I had not paid. I will not change my review as it is the truth. Firstly I should have never been charged for something I did not have. Your cashier should have question why I only had one product in front of me and two on your system. I then should have immediately been refunded when I came in advising that I had been charged for my previous script. Thirdly I should not have had to come back in to the store a day later requesting a refund of something I paid for a month earlier especially after being promised a call back that I never received. I think that rather than try and paint me as a liar that you should take accountability for the poor service that I received and look at how this can be resolved so that it does not happen again. For what it is worth the girls who assisted in store aside from the cashier were all very help and it was quite evident that the issue with with management and their hands were tied. I am disgusted in the service that I received and to not even have an apology, my review remains.

Great pharmacy with great deals and prices all the time. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great range of organic products. I regularly request for special orders and the staff are always very helpful in helping me source them.
